After writing about how well Riesling pairs with most foods, I remembered a tasty recipe of mine for Pork Tenderloin with Riesling & Balsamic Vinegar Sauce. Of course, one of zee best parts of making this recipe is drinking zee leftover wine! For this one I recommend my Qualitatswein, which is labeled “Crisp & Fruity” on zee bottle.
