I get this question very often, my friends. It is ein very big topic, but I shall do mein best to answer it briefly. One of zee big advantages Riesling has over other wines is that it comes in so many different styles. Because of that, it is possible to find ein Riesling that matches with whatever you’re eating. However if you are not the type of person who shops for “styles” of wine when you are looking for something to have with dinner, ein Riesling like Schmitt Sohne Riesling in zee blue bottle is always ein good choice, because Rieslings are generally very light und fruity, so they match with ein wider range of food.
Rieslings are known for their delicious balance of acid und sugar. It is zee tangy acidity of Riesling that allows it to cut through rich meat dishes und flavorful sauces.
